Ÿ ID – This unique ID of the custom template value. (PK)
Ÿ CUSTOMTEMPLATE – The unique ID of the Custom template that the value is linked to.
Ÿ VALUE – The value of the custom template value.
Ÿ DEFAULT – "T" if the value is selected by default, "F" otherwise.
