INVOICE table

 

INVOICE – This table is used to store the invoices created in Track-IT pro.

Ÿ      ID – The unique ID for an invoice. (PK)

Ÿ      PROJECT – The unique ID for the project this invoice belongs to.

Ÿ      DATE – The date the invoice was created.

Ÿ      NUMBER – The invoice number.

Ÿ      AMOUNT – The amount of the invoice.

Ÿ      FROM – The date from which time/expenses are charged for the invoice.

Ÿ      TO – The date to which time/expenses are charged for the invoice.

Ÿ      ATT – The attention field. This only shows up in the invoice report.

Ÿ      DESC – The description for the invoice. This only shows up in the invoice report.

Ÿ      CONTACT – This field is reserved for later use.

Ÿ      CLIDESC – This field is reserved for later use.

Ÿ      POST – "T" if the invoice has been posted, "F" otherwise.

Ÿ      EXTRA1 – Extra fields of information. This will show up in the invoice report.

Ÿ      EXTRA2 – Extra field of information. This will show up in the invoice report.

Ÿ      ARCHIVE – "T" if the item is to be archived, "F" otherwise.

Ÿ      OUTSIDE – Can contain information not internally used by the software. Is used by the Import/Export tool, and can also be used for other customizable purposes.

Ÿ      HIDE – "T" if the item is to be hidden from invoice lists, "F" otherwise.
