PREFS table

PREFS – This table is used to store database-wide application preferences.

Ÿ      TRACKBY – Reserved for future use.

Ÿ      NEWPROJECT – "T" if the software creates a new project for each new client, "F" otherwise.

Ÿ      SHORTNAME – "T" if the client acronym is to be included in Track-IT light projects, "F" otherwise.

Ÿ      ASSIGN – "E" if assigning by employee, "T" if assigning by team.

Ÿ      GLOBAL – "T" if tasks are global by default, "F" otherwise.

Ÿ      APPROVE – "T" if transactions are automatically approved, "F" otherwise.

Ÿ      IMPEXP – "T" if software checks Track-IT light for expense information, "F" otherwise.

Ÿ      SMTPPORT – The Default SMTP Port.

Ÿ      AUDLEVEL – Level of detail logged with the audit trail. 0 for none, 1000 for minimum, 2000 for medium and 3000 for maximum.

Ÿ      MPSURL – The Microsoft Project Server URL.

Ÿ      MPSUSERID – The UserID for Microsoft Project Server.

Ÿ      MPSPASSWORD – The Password for Microsoft Project Server.

Ÿ      MPSAUTHENTICATION – The Microsoft Project Server Authentication type. ( 1 = Microsoft Project Server Authentication, 2 = Windows Authentication)

Ÿ      APPDISALL – Display all entries in Approval View.
