GROUP – This table stores Project Groups, Task Groups, and Teams for the Track-IT pro database.
Ÿ ID – The unique ID for a group. (PK)
Ÿ TYPE – The type of group this record is. "A" for Task Group, "P" for Project Group, "T" for Team, "E" for Expense Category and "S" for Security Group.
Ÿ NAME – The name of the group.
Ÿ DESC – The description for the group.
Ÿ LEADER – The employee ID for a leader of that group.
Ÿ EFFDATE – The date that the leader for the group was changed.
Ÿ ARCHIVE – "T" if the item should be archived, "F" otherwise.
Ÿ OUTSIDE – Can contain information not internally used by the software. Is used by the Import/Export tool, and can also be used for other customizable purposes.
Ÿ HIDE – "T" if item should be hidden in group lists, "F" otherwise.
