EMPLOYEE – This table stores employee information for the Track-IT pro database.
Ÿ ID – The unique ID for an employee. (PK)
Ÿ TRAWORKFLOW – The Timesheet Workflow ID that the employee is assigned to.
Ÿ EXPWORKFLOW – The Expense Workflow ID that the employee is assigned to.
Ÿ TIMATT – The Time and Attendance Rule that the Employee is assigned to.
Ÿ LAST – The last name for the employee.
Ÿ FIRST – The first name for the employee.
Ÿ GROUP – The team ID for the group the employee belongs to. (FK)
Ÿ SOFTWARE – The software code. "N" for none, "L" for timesheet tools, "B" for both, "P" for Track-IT pro.
Ÿ WAGE – The rate ID for the employees wage. (FK)
Ÿ CHARGE – The rate ID for the employees charge. (FK)
Ÿ START – The date the employee started.
Ÿ END – The end date for the employee.
Ÿ SECURITY – The security ID for the employee. (FK)
Ÿ USERID – The user ID for the employee. This field is encrypted.
Ÿ PASSWORD – The password for the employee. This field is encrypted.
Ÿ NUMBER – The Employee Number.
Ÿ EMAIL – The email address to send remote assignments to.
Ÿ AUTEMAIL – the email; address that is used by the Track-IT pro assistant to send automatic notifications and reports.
Ÿ DAYS – The number of days a week an employee works.
Ÿ HOURS – The number of hours a day an employee works.
Ÿ ARCHIVE – "T" if employee is flagged for archive. "F" otherwise.
Ÿ OUTSIDE – Can contain information not internally used by the software. Is used by the Import/Export tool, and can also be used for other customizable purposes.
Ÿ INTEGRATE – This field contains Quick Books link information, which is used internally by the software.
