In addition to keyboard shortcuts for the menu actions, Track-IT light offers one-step access to commonly-used actions through buttons on the Expenses view toolbar
. Frequently used actions are right at hand when you need them. The toolbar appears at the top of the view. Click the button once to activate the command.

To save an Expense. (Menu command: File, Save)
To add an expense entry. (Menu command: Edit, Expense Entry)
To edit an expense entry. (Menu command: Edit, Expense Entry) You can also double click or use the Enter key to edit a row.
To delete an expense entry. (Menu command: Edit, Delete). You can also use "Delete All" from the Edit menu to delete all timesheet entries displayed in your timesheet.)
Select this button to show/hide sent expense entries.
Select this button to show/hide expense entries that are currently under review.
Select this button to show/hide rejected expense entries.
Select this button to show/hide approved expense entries.
Type text in any column of the first row to display only information matching the text entered. To remove filtered information, click this button. (Menu command: Actions, Clear Filter)
Select this button to Hide/Show specific columns from view. A hidden column can always displayed again.
To move to the first row. (Menu command: Actions, First)
To move to the previous row. (Menu command: Actions, Previous)
To move to the next row. (Menu command: Actions, Next)
To move to the last row. (Menu command: Actions, Last)
To change the reporting period (From and To date range) displayed. (Menu command: Actions, Date Range)
This button is used to Send your time and expense entries. (Menu command: Actions, Send Timesheet)

on the toolbar then click any item) or search for a topic using the Help option in the menu. (Menu command: Help, What’ This Help)
