Export formats

 

 

Export your timesheet data, expense data or project and task reports in comma separated, tab delimited or HTML formats. Use the exported file to customize the information using another application such as Excel or Word.

 

If you select a specific date range or enter a filter, the timesheet or expense will be exported according to the information displayed.

 

 

To Export:

 

1.     To export timesheet information, click the Timesheet button image\timesheet.jpg on the side shortcut bar. Go to step 4.

2.     To export expense information, click the Expense button image\actexpenseico.jpg on the side shortcut bar. Go to step 4

3.     To export a report or graph, from the Reports menu, select the report or graph to export.

4.     The reporting period for the report is displayed at the bottom of the view. Click the Date Range button image\daterange.jpg on the top toolbar to select a different From and To date range for the reporting period and click OK when done.

5.     Select File, Export from the menu.

6.     Select the format type from the list. An Export to box will be displayed.

7.     In the Save in box, select the folder where it should be saved.

8.     In the File name box, enter the name of the file.

9.     Click Save to save the file and return to Track-IT light.
