Use the Actions menu in the Timer view to:
Ü Start – To start tracking time on the selected task.
Ü Start from last – To start tracking time as of the end time of the previous time entry.
Ü Stop – To stop tracking time on the selected task. Once the stop button is clicked, the time entry will be moved to the Timesheet view for editing if needed.
Ü Shrink/Detail – To shrink the Timer view when tracking is ON. The view will be reduced to a small window that stays on top of any open application (see also Auto-Shrink). Click the button again to detail the view.

Ü Clear Priority Tracking List – To remove items inserted in the Priority tracking list. When you clear this list, it will not delete or remove projects and tasks in the Tracking list on the left.
Ü Display All Items – To display all items including removed projects (to remove a project, go to View, Target Information).
Ü Submit Time & Expense Entries – This action is used to send your timesheet entries to Track-IT. Once timesheets have been sent, they can no longer be edited.
Ü Use File On local Drive - The Use Timesheet on Local Drive option will create a temporary file on the local computer’s disk drive so that you can be free from the network to use Track-IT light. For example, if you have a portable computer and you want to use Track IT light from home, this option will copy your file from the network onto your computer’s hard disk and you do not need to be connected to the network until you want to send your timesheet to Track IT (Menu command: Actions, Use Timesheet on Local Drive).
Use the Actions menu in the Timesheet view to:
Ü Date Range - To change the date range to view, add, edit, delete, display, print or export time entries.
Ü First - To move to the first row. (Menu command: Actions, First)
Ü Previous - To move to the previous row. (Menu command: Actions, Previous)
Ü Next - To move to the next row. (Menu command: Actions, Next)
Ü Last - To move to the last row. (Menu command: Actions, Last)
Ü Clear Filter - To remove the filter. When you type text in the top row of this view, it will only display items matching the typed value. Select this option to remove the filter and view all time entries.
Ü Show entries By Status – This option allows you to display only entries with a specific status, such as Unsent, Under Review, Approved and Unapproved.
