Pick a date: Click the down arrow key to pick a date from the calendar or simply type over the day, month or year.
Date format: You can change the date format by selecting from Start, Settings, Control Panel, Regional Settings. Enter your preference for the date format in the Date tab (see Windows help for more information).
Save date range box: When this box is checked, it will always use the same date. It will not advance with time. If the box is not checked, it will always display for the same period of time according to the number of days selected, but the range will advance with time.
