Temporarily remove projects and tasks

 

 

Check the Remove box to temporarily remove unused projects from the list. It makes the list shorter to enter time information.

 

If you need to use a removed category, you can always go back and un-check the remove box. You do not lose any information in the timesheet when you use remove.

 

 

To remove projects from the list:

 

1.    Select View, Target Information.

2.    Select a project from the list.

3.    Click the Remove box (ü = remove YES). To uncheck, click the box again.

4.    Redo steps 1 to 3 for all the projects you want to remove from the list.

 

Ü    Please note that any removed project that is also in the Priority Tracking list will continue to appear in the Priority Tracking list.

Ü    In the Timesheet view, click the Display All button to list and use any removed project. This button will appear in the Add time entry box (click image\add.jpg to Add) or Edit time entry box (select a row, then click image\edit.jpg to Edit).

Ü    In the Timer view, select Actions, Display all items from the menu.
