Appearances
The
day starts early for this conscientious person. Arriving at work a good
fifteen minutes early or more each and every day. They grab a coffee from
the coffee machine and head to their workplace ready for their day.
Their desk neat and organized,
everything needed at their fingertips. The day planner opened ready to
prioritize their day and set their goals.
This person emits confidence and
pride, an office moral booster. A smile always in tact, no matter the
stress load. Always friendly though in a professional manner. This person
power dresses with tasteful selection. A blazer or jacket a must. Their
hair never falling into their eyes hiding their emotions. At the end of
the day, this person looks as though they are just arriving, fresh and
ready.
All those that enter the office,
either in person or phone, enjoy the accompaniment and mannerisms of this
person. Co-workers look to this person for advice and unity.
No matter the task, it's always
taken with stride, just added to their list and scheduled in. All tools
available are used to their advantage such as, laptop computer, Palm,
latest software. They stay on top of all the latest technology advancements
to improve time and organization. The goals they set for themselves are
completed diligently.
They are an asset to any employer
though they could be this person easily. They're demeanor demands respect
though given in return ten fold. Criticism is handled as a learning tool
not as an insult. They offer themselves wholeheartedly to help other co-workers
when deadlines are to be met.
The work day over, all the employees
head home. All knowing it has been a better day just for having worked
with this person. They look forward to tomorrow as they know they are
respected and that they are a somebody not just a number.
