Applies to:

  1. DOVICO Timesheet versions 9.0 and 9.0.1 and 9.1

IMPORTANT: This service pack is designed specifically for the DOVICO Timesheet versions noted above and should not be installed on any other version of DOVICO Timesheet or any version of Track-IT Suite.

Verify your existing version by clicking on the About button on DOVICO Timesheet's toolbar.

Applying Service Pack 2 for DOVICO Timesheet version 9.x:

  1. Download Service Pack 2 from the following location. http://www.dovicofiles.com/DovicoTimesheetV9SP2.exe
  2. Backup all databases.
  3. Make sure no one is using any DOVICO Timesheet component.
  4. Stop the DOVICO Job Scheduler service (Start, Control Panel, Administrative Tools, Services).
  5. Run the downloaded file on the server where DOVICO Timesheet is located. The install will automatically detect and upgrade your existing installation.
  6. After the upgrade, verify that the version number is 9.2 (displayed at the bottom of the Login screen or using the About button from within the application).
  7. Restart the DOVICO Job Scheduler service (if the Server was not rebooted during the upgrade).

Congratulations!!! You have successfully applied Service Pack 2.
