Our Maintenance Contracts are designed for companies who decide to Install DOVICO Timesheet or DOVICO Planning & Timesheet software rather than subscribe to our Hosted Online (SaaS, ASP) software.

These contracts will reduce the amount of time and effort required to keep your software up-to-date with ever changing technologies and business requirements. This highly suggested plan includes updates, upgrades, support and automatic reminders to ensure your continued smooth operation of the software.

1. All Major and Minor timesheet software upgrades included free
2. Free Technical Support by e-mail, phone and fax Additional licenses purchased within your first year are guaranteed at your original purchase price (no cost increases)
3. Optionally renewable 1 year contract Cost: 20% of your purchase

* Note: This plan must be purchased within 30 days of your initial software purchase

1. 90 Days free telephone and e-mail technical support
2. 90 Days free timesheet software upgrades
3. Cost: Included Free
4. After this 90 day period:
   1. Technical support is available for 45.00 US per incident
   2. Upgrades must be purchased
