The Project Scheduling view is the fastest and easiest project planning and forecasting tool on the market. Add your tasks and hours of effort for each, then add dependencies and other conditions you want to set, then finally select your resources from the pick list available right in the view.  Then simply click our innovative "Level" button and the system instantly shows you how long your proposed project will take and how much it will cost.

1. Gantt chart - Quickly build your project plan which gets graphically illustrated as a Gantt chart to view your list of tasks, their start and end times, their dependencies and their assignments.
2. Eliminate spreadsheets - Simply copy and paste your existing information into the software to get started (for example MS Excel).
3. Resource Picker - Easily view your list of available resources and their allocation levels for the duration of the project to determine who is available and who is not. You can assign skill sets to a task if a decision is not made on a resource. This placeholder can be later substituted easily with any employee who matches that skill set.
4. Heat Map - Working in conjunction with the resource picker, this feature highlights what dates your employees are busy across the project timeline. Click on the heat map for greater detail on which employees to best utilize for the project being planned.
5. Leveling - This industry leading resource leveling feature allows you with one click of a button to automatically distribute all of your project's tasks start and finish dates based on the assigned resources' availability. No more trying to manually set each and every task's start and finish dates that normally takes a lot of time and aggravation to get just right.
6. Project Statistics - View and report on statistics several ways including right in the project planning view, via reporting, via email notifications. Get such information as projected finish date, actual costs, projected company costs and projected client costs.
7. Budget vs. Actual Graph - View how each task in your project is progressing against the original plan.
8. Progress View - Taking the budget vs. actual graph to whole new level is this advanced feature that gives a manager or an administrator a bird's eye view on when the project is currently forecasted to finish and its projected costs. By analyzing other concurrent projects, resource allocations and priorities, the Progress view calculates then provides a realistic outlook of a project's projected timeline including how many days ahead or behind schedule the project currently is compared to the planned end date and how much under or over budget it is forecasted to be.
