Disclaimer and Copyright Information

This Agreement (the "Agreement") concerns your access to and use of DOVICO's SDK including any related materials or new releases that DOVICO elects, in its sole discretion, to make available (collectively, the " SDK "). For purposes of this Agreement, "you" and "your" refer to the person entering into this Agreement, the entity on behalf of which that person agrees, and any employees, agents, or subcontractors of such entities who access and use the SDK.

BY USING THE SDK , YOU AGREE TO COMPLY WITH THIS AGREEMENT. IF YOU DO NOT AGREE TO COMPLY WITH THIS AGREEMENT, DO NOT USE THE SDK.

NOTICE: THIS SDK IS SUBJECT TO CHANGE WITHOUT NOTICE. ANY USE OF THE SDK IS AT YOUR OWN RISK.

1. License: Subject to your compliance with this Agreement, DOVICO hereby grants you a non-exclusive, non-transferable, royalty free license to copy and use the SDK solely for the purpose of designing your products and/or services to share data with DOVICO's designated versions of DOVICO Timesheet version 8 or above.

2. DOVICO has taken care in the preparation of the SDK but makes no expressed or implied warranty of any kind and assumes no responsibility for errors or exclusions. No liability is assumed for incidental or consequential damages in connection with or arising from the use of the SDK.

TRADE MARKS AND REGISTRATIONS

DOVICO is the registered® owner of the name Track-IT® in Canada as seen throughout our company literature, web site, and software. Trade marks (tm) are also held on Call Tracker(tm), DOVICO Timesheet(tm), Track-IT web edition(tm), Track-IT pro(tm), Track-IT pro web(tm), Track-IT light(tm), Timesheet Entry Software(tm), Time is a Valuable Asset(tm), and Track-IT Suite(tm).

Any infringement on the above names should be reported to DOVICO.
