Microsoft® Office Project and MS Project Server
DOVICO Timesheet™ is a great Expense and Project Tracking Software that links directly with your existing Microsoft Project or MS Project Server. Project Tracking can be very resource intensive, but with the combination of using DOVICO Timesheet™ for gathering Time sheets, Expenses, and Estimate to Completion (ETC) data, your Microsoft Projects will be automatically updated and this will assist you in delivering on time and on budget. Not only is Intuit a client of DOVICO, but as a Premier Development Partner of Intuit, DOVICO has created a seamless integration between QuickBooks® (or QuickBooks Pro) and DOVICO Timesheet™, This two way link of information communicates important Time and Expense data directly to QuickBooks® for accurate Payroll or Billing (Invoicing) purposes. Link compatible with QuickBooks® US, CDN and UK versions (2005 or above). This integration was developed in combination with Intuit and is included free.

Linking Microsoft® Excel to DOVICO Timesheet™ provides the power of Microsoft Excel's data manipulation through spreadsheet pivot tables, charts and graphs. You may link Microsoft® ACCESS and DOVICO Timesheet™ as this provides greater business intelligence through greater query flexibility and reporting on very complex scenarios. Compatible with Microsoft® Office Access 2000, 2002, 2003, and 2007. This two-way communication is easily setup and instructions are included free.

Software Development Kit (SDK)
DOVICO includes a Free Software Development Kit (SDK) that uses advanced Web Services and XML integration. This allows for easy integration of your existing data to Payroll, Billing, ERP, CRM, and Project Management software. See our Developer Center for details. Of course this type of integration may be done by DOVICO's experienced integration team on a custom basis. Please contact a helpful customer service representative for details.

Getting started for the first time? No need to reenter your data. By using the 'smart' import/export (included at no additional cost) this type of task is very simple. Just create the appropriate template or use one of ours to push or pull information directly to/from the database.
Of course thanks to our open database architecture, Data Mining or Business Intelligence tools may extract data directly from the database. For example, using Microsoft® Access, you can easily select specific fields in the DOVICO Timesheet® tables and pull information against complex queries so that only the needed information is presented.
