The Sales Representative (SR) will have a variety of responsibilities. The main focus of the SSR is to interact with our current customers in both sales and support situations as well as to qualify prospective leads.

Description:

Responsibilities:

• Build relationships with prospects, generating new leads into opportunities.
• Mining of Clients.
• Prospect Sales.
• Provide professional customer service and technical support to current and potential customers.
• Provide training for current customers via phone or on site on a limited basis.
• Strong sales abilities, including probing, asking questions, fielding objections and closing sales.

Description:

Primary Responsibilities:

• Plan/Develop/Manage Strategies with scalable IT infrastructure for continued SaaS Growth
  Understand SaaS technology, marketplace and challenges therein.

Qualifications:

• Excellent knowledge of scalable web application hosting in an ASP, SaaS environment
• Excellent knowledge of Windows Server 2003 & Windows Server 2008, Clustering environments, CP/IP, and Microsoft Internet Information Services (IIS)
• Thorough understanding of Microsoft SQL Server
• Knowledge of programming technologies such as ASP.NET, C#, AJAX
• Experience supporting web based software applications including network connectivity/DNS/Permissions troubleshooting
• Knowledge of Microsoft Active Directory and Microsoft Exchange
• Solid understanding of internet browsers including Internet Explorer (IE), Firefox, etc.

This position requires:

• Related university degree or technical diploma
• Minimum 2 years of related experience
