Favorites is a personalized collection of task assignments useful for those who work on the same assignments each week and who want a quick method to add these favorites to the timesheet grid.
This topic describes how to (1) add assignments to your favorites, how to (2) manually add your favorite assignments to the timesheet grid and how to (3) remove assignments from your favorites.
Click the Assignments tab.
In the assignments tree, check
only those items
you want to add to your favorites. You can add more assignments to your
favorites at any time.
Click the Add
to Favorites button.
Now when you begin a new week, you'll have the option
to automatically have all your favorites added to the timesheet grid.
(Optional)
Click the Favorites tab to review
the favorites.
Click the Favorites tab.
Check
the items
to add to the timesheet grid, or right click
and choose Select All.
Click Add to
Timesheet button to add your favorites to the timesheet grid.
The task assignments added to the timesheet grid are temporarily highlighted
in green.
