Besides being able to export ALL our reports, you may choose to use our very powerful Import and Export features included with our software. Intuit® QuickBooks, Microsoft® Project and Microsoft® Project Server integration are also included with your purchase.

 
Adding Custom Templates
  1. Save the new template in the DOVICO directory on your server
  2. Select the Import-Export option within our software
  3. Choose File, Open Template
  4. Choose your new template
  5. Choose Actions, Export (or Import)
  6. See your Help File and Developers Center for additional information

EXPORT Templates & Instructions
  1. Template - Export detailed employee time for a specific date range (.exp)
    1. How was this made? Search our KBase for article DV1061

      This exports the following information:
      EMPLOYEE FIRSTNAME, LASTNAME , CLIENT, PROJECT, TASK, DATE, START TIME, STOP TIME, DURATION, DESCRIPTION
  1. Template - Export summary of employee time for a specific date range (.zip)

    This exports the following information:
    EMPLOYEE NAME , PROJECT NAME, TASKNAME, DURATION, DATE
  1. Template - Export summary of information for projects (.zip)

    This exports the following information:
    TOTAL TIME, TOTAL WAGES PAID, TOTAL CHARGES
