Microsoft® Outlook
Access Track-IT® Suite from within Outlook™ |
Our Web based components may be accessed directly from within Microsoft Outlook. If employees are using Microsoft® Outlook, then they may see their login to Track-IT® Suite directly within their Microsoft® Outlook. Simply follow the directions below. |
Outlook™ Setup |
| Follow these simple steps:
- Open Outlook™
- Select the default Contact Folder
- Right click on this Contact Folder, and choose Properties
- Select 'Home Page', and select 'show home page by default'
- Enter the web address for Track-IT® web edition or Track-IT® pro web (example http://www.dovico.com)
- Click 'OK'
Please Note: If you choose not to show the home page by default, you can still view the folder's home page by clicking the folder and then clicking Show Folder Home Page on the View menu

You can also add a shortcut to Track-IT® on the Outlook™ Bar |
| Follow these simple steps:
- On the File menu, point to New, and then click Outlook Bar Shortcut to Web Page.
