DOVICO Software Announces Partnership with ThinKnowledge Networks;
ThinKnowledge to host Track-IT on the Web

MONCTON, NEW BRUNSWICK - June 9, 2000: A software company, DOVICO Software today announced an agreement with ThinKnowlege Networks, LLC of Kennesaw, Georgia, which will see ThinKnowledge to host DOVICO's Track-IT time and project management software giving global Web access.

DOVICO and ThinKnowledge have entered into an Outsource Alliance Agreement whereby ThinKnowledge will host the object code version of DOVICO's award winning Track-IT pro, Track-IT light and Track-IT web edition software on equipment owned and managed by ThinKnowledge. The software will be subleased to DOVICO's current and new customers providing them with "pay-as-you-go" software services. "We are very excited to deliver our industry's leading time management software through the Internet" says Martin Johnson, Director of Web Sales and Marketing, "This collaboration will allow us to address the needs of new clients and new markets and provide our clients with a cost-effective way to use our Track-IT software across any platform from anywhere in the world."
