MONCTON, NB, June 2 /CNW/ - Software company, Whitehill Technologies, Inc. today announced an agreement with DOVICO Software of Moncton, New Brunswick, which will see DOVICO acting as a referral partner for Whitehill e- billing and reporting solutions, including Whitehill Enterprise(TM), Transport(TM), and Web(TM) as an add-on solution to their Track-IT(R) software.
