Heads up!! We’ve got some refreshing changes coming your way in Dovico Timesheet. After the big update on October 6th, 2020, every screen in Timesheet will have the same look and feel. Now, finding and changing administration settings will be easier and more cohesive.

With 20+ administration views being changed, the following are a highlight of the screens that are being updated:

  • Time & Expense Approvals
  • Manage Reports
  • Manage Job Scheduler
  • Bulk Time Move
  • Custom Fields
  • All Security Screens
  • All Setup Screens

Big time note here! These cosmetic changes will only affect administration screens. Time-entry only users will not be affected by the update.

This big update was a total team effort at Dovico. Will, our super-coding member of the dev team, Dominique and Jesse our UX gurus and Desmond, our QA specialist, have all teamed up to make your Dovico experience a lot more consistent.

We’ve done our best to ensure that your work doesn’t get interrupted by these changes. However, JD and Sam on our support team are on hand to quickly get you back up to speed, should you have any questions or concerns.

You can reach out by online chat, email (support@dovico.com) or telephone (800-618-8463).

Without further delay, here’s a quick update on some of the more impactful screens within Dovico Timesheet are getting an overhaul:

Time & Expense Approvals

We brought the Time & Expense approvals screen in alignment with how the rest of the software looks and feels. There has been no additional or removal of features or functionality.

Manage Reports

We’ve done some cleanup of the Manage Report screen, and it’s now much easier to search and filter down to your favourite reports. Again, there is no added functionality, just a more tidy look.

Manage Job Scheduler

And finally, we’ve cleaned up the Manage Job Scheduler screen. All of the same functionality is there but just presented differently to get you to the change you need to make quicker and easier.
