We think that work environments and workflows are changing with the times. Gone are the days of all work and no play. Employees of all levels are seeking more out of jobs and careers, here a few examples.

When you are proud of the legacy you leave behind as time goes along, you establish trust with your peers on a higher level.
It is even more important to be transparent with yourself. Looking back on a detailed history of what you have accomplished will always promote self-appreciation.
Engaged team players
The best work related tasks are the ones you get excited to do. When you feel like you are delivering value and contributing to a project or a larger cause, it is easier to feel part of something bigger.
Knowing what is important to concentrate on at what time empowers the people; creating engaged team members with good priorities.

Finally, we know that creating meaningful connections will make any day of the week better. Feeling like you are not alone in your work makes the tasks at hand less daunting, collaboration is key: two heads are better than one right?

We've been in the timesheet business for 25 years now, so we recognize the importance of knowing what your employees are working and when. But we also feel there is a better way to do just that while making the employees feel empowered, more engaged, and connected to the tasks at hand.
